Phantom Local Shop Online
Phantom Cycles Local online delivery allows you to shop online and have you order hand delivered to your door at a time that suits you.
Now there's no need to worry about having your products left unattended on your doorstep all day.
Deliveries On Demand service is now available to selected postcodes.
The On Demand delivery service option is available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Order before 2pm to receive it between 6pm and 9pm that evening.
On Demand delivery service has a flat rate of $10 for small to medium items and $25 for larger items including bikes and trainers.
If unsafe to leave, your order will be returned to the Depot & you will be notified the delivery was attempted. Another attempt will be made the next day in the same time window.
Packages are generally dispatched same day after payment and are shipped via either Aus. Post or Startrack with tracking and drop-off without signature if deemed safe.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
