| A: | Approved customers can ship to a P.O. Box. New customers with Free email accounts, Mobile only contact details and a Post Office box number will need to provide more information. We only ship with Express post bags due to thier ability to be tracked and traced, so maximum weight is 3kg. |

| A: | Far from it! We actually have close to 10,000 different lines of stock in our store, but due to time constraints not all are loaded online. |

| Q: | Why don't you do free shipping on all products like other sites? |
| A: | To drag out an old Cliche, "There's no such thing as a free lunch". We would rather be upfront with the exact freight charge rather than hiding a freight component in each product as some other companies do. By seperating the freight and product charges, customer are not being penailsed by paying multiple freight charges on volume purchases. |

| Q: | Can I get internet prices at your store? |
| A: | Yes you certainly can! We don't believe in discriminating against walk in customers and charging them more as some other companies do. We put our best price on both our shelf stock and our website. |

| A: | By all means, if you are coming past and wan't to drop in feel free to do so. When checking out online use the customer collect option. There will be no freight charge added. (In the extra comments field please put an approx. time and day) |

| Q: | Why can't I Login with the details from the old site. |
| A: | The latest site has a totally new backend and database for more scalability and security. Unfortunately due to these improvements, the old data could not be piped accross and a new account will have to be generated. The upside of this though, is that we can now offer more fields for increased detail of information as well as an "OK to leave option" so we can instruct couriers to leave a parcel if it is safe to do so. |

| Q: | What do the different courier options mean? |
| A: | Different couriers are often quicker and more competitive in specialised area. Alternately some have limited coverage. We use Startrack express, Express post, Couriers please and express Airmail depending on your location, the size and type of goods. Our preference is with Startrack express as we can live track your goods to your door. If you are shipping to a P.O. box, only express post can be used as other couriers can't deliver to P.O. boxes. Couriers please is used for local, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane Metro. We evaluate every order seperately and will always ship the fastest and best value method. Please note that Dangerous goods such as compress gasses and explosives cannot be shipped by air freight and orders containing these items will be shipped via road freight. Small individual bolts or bearings can be shipped with standard post for around $3. Please make note of this in your comments field if you would prefer to use this method. |

| A: | Sorry to say, but this scam is getting pretty old and tiresome. If you really need 5 x XTR ensembles sent to Indonesia then by all means place the order. If you can't pay via direct money transfer then don't even bother logging the order. Also keep in mind that we may in turn log your IP address and will have no problems in passing it onto the appropriate authorities. |
